Chuck ... thanks for this article about potential buyers who need special financing to buy a home, possibly buyers on a Rent to Own or Contract for Deed. We have buyer prospects in this same situation. Most South OC owners don't want to consider selling in this way. We encourage them to think more of benefits of selling in this way. Best wishes.
