Do the next right thing - live in a triumphant state!

What a easy thing to do...yet until today I had never heard it put this way.  I love to learn!  I love to share what I learn.  If you want to experience triumph in your life perhaps just ...read on ...(***credit below***)

DO THE NEXT RIGHT THING

DO THE NEXT RIGHT THING, and after that thing, do the next right thing. Give no time and power to the wrong thing that took place! You must keep your energy pure and your power focused on where you are going, NOT where you have been.

Just do the next right thing. Eventually your life will be filled with right things happening. Life and healing is a Process. Trust the Process.

THE LAW OF NATURAL ECONOMICS

Just as forgiveness is a law of nature, so is the law of natural economics.

That is...

"Nurture what you want to live, starve what you want to kill". However, even the most brilliant people seem to do quite the opposite.

TO LIVE IN A TRIUMPHANT STATE:

To live in a triumphant state, the following are important to do:

  • Realize the right to choose is yours. Choose Better--
    • Choose better those you allow to be called your friend. That is, choose carefully those you allow access to you anytime, anywhere. The quality of the persons in your inner circle will mirror your own. They will either elevate your quality or diminish it. You will go to their level. Relate UP . Choose persons who have attributes you want...Choose someone to mentor you in their talents and qualities.
    • Become transparent to those few; sow good seeds of excellence, empowerment into the lives of those around you.
    • Be careful the type and quality of the seeds you allow to be planted into your life. Allow those of quality to sow seeds into your life. You say how deep and how well-rooted these seeds become in your life.
    • Those who choose not to relate on a personal-transparent level, forfeit the intimacy they desire. Choose to relate to those whom you sincerely relate to - and whom choose to be transparent and real with you.
    • Be Genuine. Pray for friends who are called to be in your life.
    • Pray to be anointed and appointed to the lives of others. "Calling" will change the commitment and consistency of the relationship.

You have the right to choose - live in a triumphant state!

I thought this could be a good word for anyone struggling in Real Estate.  Its time to bring in the light in your business instead of focusing on the darkness. Certainly this address any trial in your life, but I know there are a lot of Realtors struggling right now.

***(Credit Below)***

It is impossible to suddenly remove all negative issues from your life. Whether it be persons or situations. This is especially true in times of difficulty. You are prone to gather strength and solace from anyone who will offer it. You are desperate to hear and do whatever you can to propel your life forward, to get things back on track. However, in extreme attempts to recover your balance, usually the very thing that fuels the problem remains at the center of your life.

So even after healing, how do you triumph? Don't put pressure on yourself to change everything over night. Change what you can. Instead of obsessing and becoming frustrated about removing the negative from your life, add positive.

In other words, for now, ignore the darkness...add the light. The addition of the light, will dispel the darkness quickly. Simply add the light.

One of the most valuable and undeniable rights given to us is the "right to choose". How you use that right is totally your choice. It is very important that you use this right wisely. Choose Well.

March 30 - Proverbs Chapter 30

Yesterday's post: March 29 - Proverbs Chapter 29

PROVERBS - CHAPTER 30:8-9

"Keep falsehood and lies far from me; give me neither poverty nor riches, but give me only my daily bread. Otherwise, I may disown you and say, 'Who is the Lord?' Or I may become poor and steal and so dishonor the name of my God."

MY THOUGHTS: I am against poverty and for wealth as it gives glory to God.  Now some do disown God by working hard for the riches and putting the Lord on the back burner.  I know that you can make God first place in your life, and that includes your business.  He wants to bless you.  Let him work with you.  Trust in Him always! Peace!!

PROVERBS - CHAPTER 29:1

"An evil man is snared by his own sin, but a righteous one can sing and be glad."

MY THOUGHTS: I believe everyone on this website is a good person.  Perhaps you have done evil in the past, but God forgets about the past when you turn to HIM.  Become righteous, not by what you have done or not done, but by accepting Jesus as Lord of your life.  Doing so will make you sing!  You are forgiven through Christ!

1% Better Each Day- TOPIC #5 - CAREER

I can imagine that most people reading this want to make an improvement in your career.  I know most of the people reading this are in the Real Estate or related fields.  What are some simple things you can start doing today that will help you improve your career and soon break through? Remember don't be overwhelmed by the big improvement you want to make...break it down and do 1% Better Each Day and soon you will be well on your way to the success you dream of.

CREATE A VISION:  What do you want your life to be like in 1 year? 5 years? 10 years?  How will your career aspirations help that?

Picture yourself where you want to be in the coming years.  Do you want to be at the top of your profession?  Do you want to make more money?  Work less?  Write down the ideas, dreams, goals and steps you need to take to create your ultimate vision. Expand on it as more ideas come to mind.  You should come up with a large list.  Again don't get overwhelmed...simply keep moving forward a little each day or more.

GET HELP: Successful people are coachable.  They find mentors and coaches to help them move forward in their career.  You don't have to reinvent the wheel. Why not find others that are successful and do what they do!

SHARE: To advance in your career you should not only learn from others but also share with others.  I believe God has created a world full of plenty and there is more then enough to go around.  So help spread the abundance by sharing what others have taught you.

DO WHAT YOU LOVE: If you don't like what your doing chances are you don't care to do better.  If you find yourself doing what you don't like I encourage you to be faithful to it and improve at it and by doing so the doors of opportunity to doing what you DO LIKE will open up faster.

HAVE A MISSION OR PURPOSE: Why do you do what you do?  If you can create a purpose that serves others that will bring fulfillment, significance and energy to what you do daily!

Certainly there is much more that can be said here.  My thinking is to give you some ideas and direction.  Its up to you to move forward. If you do a little more each day to improve you will take your career to a whole new level!

Triumph...possessing your destiny

Read past posts on this topic: Help is on the way!

From Teri Werner's "Trainwreck to Triumph" course on Success University (Free Trail Link)

TRIUMPH

Many times you are not in control of what takes place in your life. You can do your best, and still fall short of the life you wished for, dreamed of, even planned for; if not from your own actions, through the actions of others

.

Forgiveness, accountability, and releasing of judgments MUST be a part of your healing process. These steps will form a strong foundation, from which you can build a towering building...your destiny.

What you are walking TO, is much more important than

what you are walking THROUGH.

The final steps in this process are critical to protecting and possessing your destiny. You will prolong possessing your destiny, possibly for an extremely long time, or even MISS IT totally, if you do not add the positive to the space once filled with negative issues and destructive issues.

Help is on the way!

Start from the beginning of this series:  Free From Unforgiveness: Part 1

From Teri Werner's "Trainwreck to Triumph" course on Success University (Free Trail Link)

Please know: hurt, pain, and anguish are all a part of life. All issues of life have two sides. Love and caring are both wonderment and anguish. Caring makes you vulnerable to be hurt, but also enables you to heal and accept healing for yourself, and sow healing into the lives of others. The one sure thing about life is that as long as you live, (1) you will experience feelings of pain, hurt, and possibly rejection (2) you will cause the same feelings to be experienced by others.

Others WILL disappoint you, and fail you, AS YOU WILL THEM. It is simply a part of the human condition. Trust in God, for HE cannot and will NOT fail you. You can count on Him. Trust him, be transparent with HIM, have faith and allow HIM to perform in your life. HE never "brings something up" for healing, that he does not have the desire, strategy or ability to heal.

If you do your part and forgive, He will most definitely do HIS...He will transform your train wreck into triumph. He will deliver you from devastation and deliver you to your destiny. He has a dream for you. He calls it destiny. You are at the intersection of his destiny for your life. NOW, that you have examined the train wreck, taken accountability, released judgments, and forgiven yourself and others; you are ready to move on to the prize. TRIUMPH.

March 28 - Proverbs Chapter 28

Read yesterdays post: March 27 - Proverbs Chapter 27

PROVERBS - CHAPTER 28:13

"He who conceals his sins does not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy."

MY THOUGHTS:If you are struggling right now perhaps check yourself for not yet confessed sin.  Maybe there is something that is blocking the prosperous flow to you.  Remember to not only confess your sins, but to turn away and do them no more.

Free From Unforgiveness: Part 3

Start from the beginning of this series:  Free From Unforgiveness: Part 1

Questions 8-15 (15 total) From Teri Werner's "Trainwreck to Triumph" course on Success University (Free Trail Link)

Do you have people in your life, that you see the traits of unforgiveness?

How is this hurting their lives? Are they mirroring traits you have?

Now is the time to be brutally honest . In extreme situations of pain, forgiveness may be a process. Write it down. Ask for help. In faith and obedience, speak forgiveness over that person or situation.

Repeat the following out loud: I speak forgiveness over

________________________________________________, as an act of obedience. Although it causes me pain to say it, I now speak forgiveness over ____________________________________________, as an act of freeing myself from the bondage my unforgiveness has caused me.

Repeat this over and over, every day. One day you will notice that as you pray and speak, it has become the truth. You actually have forgiven them!

#13

I forgive myself for:

#14

I release those I have not forgiven from the judgments and oaths I have made about them, against them, or because of my unforgiveness towards them.
