Its seems like every time you ask someone what they have been up to to say, "Oh my, I am just so busy!"
I know that there are a lot of things to do and most people are really busy. However, I often wonder what these people are busy doing. Certainly you need to spend time involved with family and organizations, but when you are BUSY working what are you doing??
Here are the things you should be doing. These are things that most directly lead to EARNING MONEY and last I checked that's why most people are in the business:
1) Strategic Planning (If you fail to have a plan you plan to fail)
2) Negotiate Offers(Definitely want to do a lot of that)
3) Lead Follow Up (Many prospects are lost because agents fail to follow up)
4) Show Property (The old saying goes ... If you don't have a buyer in your car you are unemployed
5) Prospecting (Will help you get buyers in your car)
Other things that will make you successful long term include hiring a coach, attending seminars, working on your business, pre-qualifying buyers, and doing listing presentations.
